SSP is a science based therapeutic technique using specially filtered music to stimulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance emotional regulation. It’s particularly helpful for those with trauma, anxiety, or sensory processing issues.

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.

7. What are your fees?
