Who we are
Coming to the decision to pursue counseling and embrace transformation is one of the bravest decisions that a person can make. Through my own experiences with childhood trauma, family dysfunction, and anxiety, I have come to believe that life’s most difficult moments are not just obstacles to overcome but opportunities to discover who we truly are and what we are capable of. Whether you are dealing with painful experiences from the past, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, or the weight of unresolved emotions, I empathize with the difficulty of moving forward when you are carrying emotional pain. You may be asking yourself: How can I heal from what I’ve been through? How do I find peace when my past feels like a shadow over my future? How do I respond logically when triggered?
I am here to support you as you explore those challenging questions with openness and courage. I look forward to meeting you!
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and am deeply committed to fostering authentic transformation and healing. Outside of my work as a counselor, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Colorado, indulging in culinary adventures, and cherishing quality time with my husband of ten years, our wonderful son, and our fur baby yellow lab!
